Boletos disponibles enMichelle Waterson, the Karate Hottie and UFC superstar is coming to Calgary for a one-time charitable event in conjunction with the Budo Brothers on Saturday, August 3, 2019 from 10:00am-1:00pm at SAIT’s Cohos Commons field.

This event is an hour sweat session fit for the whole family. Adults will partake in an hour martial art inspired workout and training session with Michelle where you will train cardio, strength, striking and mobility. While you’re working out your kids will be participating in a Little Ninjas martial arts class hosted by the legendary Jay Cooper and Sarah-Jade Folk, founders of the youth training program, Esteem Martial Arts.

After your workout Michelle will host an autograph signing and Q&A. This is your opportunity to ask Michelle any question you would like whether it’s about training, exercise or how she manages being a full-time mom with her hectic schedule proving the point that you can achieve anything with hard work and dedication.

Other than providing you with a great morning workout, the goal of this charity training event is to raise money for the Budo Youth Fund, a non-profit entity whose sole purpose is to fund deserving youth and help them gain access to martial arts. To date, the fund has helped 44 kids enrol in martial arts that otherwise might not get the chance. As kids, we were fortunate enough to experience the benefits and the lessons that martial arts has taught us first hand and we want to continue this incredibly powerful work, but we need your help!

Join us for what is sure to be an incredible event for a worthy cause! 🙂
